The Baltimore Experience > Public School 103 > PS103 Commission Reports

In recognition of the school’s important connection to Marshall and of the significance of the community in which it stands, the City of Baltimore established the Mayor’s Commission on Former PS103—Thurgood Marshall’s Elementary School to chart a course for the future of the school building. The PS103 Commission, with assistance from the Baltimore National Heritage Area, oversaw the development of a long-range plan for PS103 comprised of three interrelated studies undertaken to guide rehabilitation and interpretation of the historic property.  Planning was supported through a prestigious Preserve America grant.

Point Heritage Development Consulting led a multi-disciplinary team for the planning effort, which included the following reports, completed in 2010.
